How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through the App Store or Google Play. Go to your device Settings → Subscriptions → LaneOne and select Cancel.

Can I switch between Competitive and Lifestyle modes?

Yes. You can update your training pathway in the app settings at any time. Your existing logs and history are preserved.

My training plan didn't generate — what do I do?

Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, email us at support@thelaneone.com and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
